  • Why should I join the Boomers Club?

    We are a club that aims to make each day better than the last for Boomers by sharing wonderful social experiences ranging from local get together’s, to great value domestic and overseas travel deals. We also have a discount program offering significant value to members ranging from every day groceries and petrol; to movie tickets and gifts.

  • Am I eligible to become a member of Boomers Club?

    While we are a Club focused on the over 50’s we believe that Boomers can be anyone who wants to get the most out of life. Therefore we welcome those under 50 who would like to support the goals of the club and share in many of the benefits the club has to offer as Associate Members. Note that some social and travel events will be restricted to over 50’s.

  • What is the cost of membership?

    A once off setup fee of $33 (gst inc) applies to all memberships. Single annual membership of the Boomers Club is $65 (gst inc) per annum which is less than 18 cents day. Couples Membership is $75 (gst inc) per annum.

  • What membership terms are available?

    Boomers Club membership is available as a one year renewable membership term.

  • How do I become a member of Boomers Club?

  • What are the hours of customer service operation?

    Our website is open 24 hours 7 days a week. An exception can be occasional scheduled maintenance periods. You will be notified of any scheduled maintenance periods by email.

  • How do I request a new membership card?

    If you have lost or damaged your card and would like to receive a new one, please call our Help Line on 1300 261 715.

  • Can I have multiple email addresses registered?

    Unfortunately Boomers Club is unable to register multiple email addresses to a membership at this time. If you have changed your email address please change your details online in your account on the website.

  • I am moving, how can I change my address?

  • Are my online payments secure?

    Boomers Club works with Leading Payment Gateway providers who process your payments on our behalf securely. Your credit card details are encrypted and never recorded on our system. The third party gateway provider complies with the USA’s latest online merchant standards.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Boomers Club provides a 30 day cooling-off period from date of initial payment / purchase of membership, if and only if no bookings have been made through Boomers Travel. If a refund is requested during this period, we reserve the right to charge a $10 administration fee to cover initial costs including processing, printing, postage etc. Your Boomers Club membership cards must be returned for completion of refund.

Memberships are non-transferable.

This includes transfer of any remaining payment or membership time period from an individual or joint cancelled membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership outside of the thirty (30) day cooling-off period, no refund or extension will be given. We reserve the right to vary membership fees from time to time. Should the price change during the term of your membership, written advice of your membership renewal will specify the varied amount.
